Our CEO’s Personal 6 Week Transformation Meal Plan

The following nutrition program was designed by Terry Placker.

Terry is a nutrition coach, contest preparation specialist and fitness entrepreneur. Terry is the CEO of Team Fidelis, one of the most elite teams of fitness competitors in the entire world, who under Terry’s leadership, have produced 38 IFBB professionals and 274 1st place champions!

Terry is the coach to many pro athletes, WWE superstars, elite CEO’s and top physique athletes in the entire world.

It costs thousands of dollars to work with Terry for nutrition coaching. Terry is an active client of Nutrition Solutions, as well as both a personal friend and nutrition coach to our CEO Chris Cavallini.

He was generous enough to allow us to utilize some of his programs as a resource to help those taking the 6 Week Challenge crush their goals!
 
Terry will also be a moderator in the official FB group and will be interacting with you guys as well as answering questions throughout the process for those who have them!
 
Below is an actual program that he designed for our CEO Chris Cavallini specifically for the 6 week challenge which Chris will be doing along with everyone!
 
***Any updates or adjustments to Chris’ program throughout the process will be added to this section of the transformation challenge site. 
 
Also included is a conversion of portion sizes Nutrition Solutions meals (what Chris will be using during the challenge) break down to for all of those who are meal prepping on their own!
 
The idea here is for anyone doing the challenge to not necessarily follow the protocol verbatim, but use it in conjunction with a workout routine – and as a tool for valuable insights on how to optimize YOUR nutrition program to achieve the best results possible!

2 Scoops 1stPhorm protein

1/2 cup chopped strawberries or blueberries

1 tbs almond butter

1 tbs honey *Use unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup almonds

1 apple 2 rice cakes ( any flavor ) 1 tbs almond butter on each rice cake

Essentials

PRE-WORKOUT (45 minutes before)

1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop 1stPhorm Protein

POST WORKOUT (within 30 minutes after)

1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop 1stPhorm Protein

Eat next meal 45 min – 1 hour after post workout nutrition is consumed.

Water

Minimum 1.5 gallons per day
