Our CEO’s Personal 6 Week Transformation Meal Plan
The following nutrition program was designed by Terry Placker.
Terry is a nutrition coach, contest preparation specialist and fitness entrepreneur. Terry is the CEO of Team Fidelis, one of the most elite teams of fitness competitors in the entire world, who under Terry’s leadership, have produced 38 IFBB professionals and 274 1st place champions!
